Even the non sweet person will love this cookie!

Yields: 14 large cookies
Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup ( 2 sticks) unsalted butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cardamom
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
1.Preheat oven 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl place flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix until no clumps
3.Add salt, vanilla, honey, butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Mix all together
4.Last, add the blueberries that have been rinsed and dried
5. Place parchment paper on each baking sheet.
6. Next using a small to medium scoop, scoop the cookie batter and drop them onto the cookie sheets
7.Bake for 9 to 12 minutes until a light golden brown
Once the cookies are done, remove them from the oven, but let the cookies set before you move them to a cooling rack so the cookies won’t break apart.
8. After a few minutes, using a spatula, transfer the cookies to a cooling rack. Remember to be a little gentle. You can also slide the parchment paper with the cookies still in place over to the cooling rack.
Serve and enjoy. You can keep cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days.
